AXIAL FLOW FAN  :  We provide airfoil designed axial flow fans in various designs such as fixed bladed and variable pitch angle bladed. The impellers are of cast alloy aluminum type and have 4, 6, 7, 8 and 11 blades as                    per the specific design. These can also be provided in single, two, three or four stage                              construction to be used as reversible TUNNEL Ventilation Fans. The casting of axial fans can be                      designed to allow the fans to be used as wall mounting type, tube axial flow type and axial                                                                                                                                                                                                               bifurcated type. The sweep size of fans available varies from 300mm to 2000mm and the capacity range upto 280000 CMH

For supply of air for ventilation, or air-conditioning of ships, buildings. Vehicular tunnels, motors and for exhausting air from spray booths etc. available in single, two, three or four stage designs with fixed for variable pitch airfoil blades.

Centrifugal Blower  :  We (MPEP) design, manufacture and supply a range of high quality centrifugal blowers that find

application in foundries, chemical, steel plants, paper, petrochemical plants, cement, plastics,

fertilizers and other industries. Designed using the advanced technology, these blowers are energy

efficient, compact, lightweight, durable, cost-effective and requires little or no  maintenance over

the working life. Further, these are also custom designed as per the requirements of  the clients.

Cylindrical multi blade rotor in cycloid steel casing. The rotor is driven by a motor placed internally or

externally. Air is expelled centrifugally, if required under very high pressure.

LL / SISW, LLD / DIDW Blower  :  For many decades, MPEP Industrial Fans & Exhausters have been progressively designed to meet new Air Pollution Control, Humidity, heat.                                                        

 ‘LL/SISW & LLD/DIDW’ Limit Load Blower: Single or double width types available from 1100 to 8,68,000 m3/hr capacity and upto a pressure of 15 cm. S. W. G. Widely used in Air conditioning, Pollution Control and Ventilation fields over decades.                                     

In addition to Single –Width “LL” Fans, MPEP “LLD”/DIDW” Double –Width Fans are of popular use in the industry. Illustration shows Arrangement Three Double –Width “LLD”/DIDW” Fan.

BLOWER CASING : Fan Casings have a very neat appearance, with smooth exterior and interior due to the rolled scroll method of manufacture. This feature equalises the flow of air over the entire outlet area.

ROTORS : Advanced Design “LL/SISW & LLD/DIDW” Rotors are the heart of “LL/SISW” Limit-Load LLD Blowers. These have deep, wide blades, more efficient and very rigid on account of the patent double curved feature. Blades are of construction with wide riveting surface. Small size (lower right) are built without Tie Rods. Large sizes (lower left) have Tie Rods. Very large size have Intermediate Stiffening Rings.

BEARINGS : Sleeve Bearings are specially designed and manufactured to be oil-tight and dust-proof in air travelling at high velocities.                                                                                                                                                           

 Self-Aligning Ball / Roller Bearings can be furnished in place of the regular sleeve bearings. Ball Bearings are optional in a similar bracket construction.

VARIABLE INLET VANES : MPEP Variable Inlet Vanes are designed for the accurate control of air volume combined with the maximum saving in power at the reduced ratings desired. They are used on the “LL/SISW & LLD/DIDW” blowers, single or double width, mounted in a separate ring frame.

OUTLET DAMPERS  : MPEP Louvre Type Outlet Dampers are built in a separate frame attached to the standard fan outlet. Each damper consists of a number of narrow balanced leaves supported on each end by sleeve/ball bearing.

Rotary Air Lock Valve : We (MPEP) are engaged in Manufacture and supply Rotary Air Lock Valve. Rotary Air Lock valve used on dust collection systems, large and medium size bag filter systems, screw feeder feeding / discharging, mixing, Silo emptying, cyclone  discharging , dosing, batching, pneumatic conveying applications, conveyor feeding / unloading, machinery and equipment feeding / discharging and The main function of a rotary valve is to control flow of bulk solids from silo, mixer, solid gas separation, cyclone or hopper under gravity, pressure and vacuum conditions. Airlocks can work on pressure and vacuum applications. The valve is designed with A paddle wheel which is shaft mounted and driven by Motor. The Rotary valve is similar to revolving doors the paddles and blades forms an airtight seal with the housing the Motor slowly move the blades to allow the dust to discharge from the Hopper.
